Angie Jefferson is a registered nutritionist and dietitian.  After gaining her qualifications from Kings College, London, Angie worked in various positions in the National Health Service (NHS) and discovered her passion for nutrition’s essential role in public health and disease prevention.  Angie is an independent consultant who has supported a wide range of industry clients, NGO’s, and charities in the translation of complex nutrition science.  Angie joined the British Nutrition Foundation in 2025 to help further their work supporting industry on Food Systems Transformation.
