With the abundance of tasty food at family meals and parties during the holidays, it is easy for healthy eating to fall by the wayside. A handful of food here and there combined with large platters at meals can quickly add up. There are ways you can set yourself up for success during this time of chaotic eating, though. Behaviors such as choosing small plates, sharing food, and filling your plate up with colorful vegetables are a few easy ways to avoid holiday weight gain.
