Ki Won Um, PhD

Ki Won Um is Vice President, Head of Taste RDA APMEA at Kerry.  Ki Won has driven many projects to success in the areas of savoury flavours, reaction flavours, brown flavours, as well as numerous other flavour applications.

Ki Won received his PhD in Flavour Chemistry from the University of Missouri, USA. At Kerry, he is currently the Vice President for Taste Research, Development, and Application for the Asia-Pacific region.
