WCRF Provides Ten Lifestyle Recommendations to Reduce Cancer Risk

Preventing chronic diseases like cancer is a main driver for diet change globally. This report from the World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) looks at the strength of evidence relating various dietary and physical activity factors against the risk of developing different cancers. It also assesses the risk of these factors to weight gain; it is important to note that some of the recommendations are based maintaining a healthy weight rather than a direct link to managing cancer risk.
