Ki Won Um, Ph.D. serves as an internal advisor to the Scientific Advisory Council in the area of taste and flavors. Ki Won has driven many projects to success in the areas of savory flavors, reaction flavors, brown flavors, as well as numerous other flavor applications. Ki Won received his PhD in Flavor Chemistry from the University of Missouri, USA. At Kerry, he is currently the Vice President for Taste Research, Development, and Application for the Asia-Pacific region.
